3DAR

Federico Heller

Starring

Nicole Apstein, Raymond E. Lee, Iván Steinhardt

Set in the fragmented outskirts of a near-future world, Uncanny Valley explores the collapse between virtual violence and physical reality as immersive gaming begins to spill into everyday life.

Aldea VFX collaborated with 3DAR on layered color grading and compositing designed to support the film's dense atmosphere, digital tension and grounded sci-fi aesthetic. The work focused on shaping a world where simulation and reality constantly bleed into one another — reinforcing the film's unstable visual language through controlled color treatment, environmental integration and carefully constructed imagery.
